Who we are

This website and the Breathe London network is run by the Environmental Research Group at Imperial College London in partnership with the Mayor of London, Clarity Movement Co. and Bloomberg Philanthropies.

What we collect and why

Newsletters

We allow users to subscribe to newsletters. Data such as name and email address are stored initially in Google and then transferred to our email provider Campaign Monitor. We may share this list with the Greater London Authority (GLA). We will not share this list with anyone else.

Shop

Node purchases will be processed by Imperial College London. Please read Imperial’s Online Store Privacy Notice for more details on what personal information is collected and processed during transactions and how long it is held for.

We may share anonymised, aggregated data on sales with our partners the GLA, Clarity, Bloomberg and other third parties.

Website analytics

We use Squarespace analytics to collect standard information on website usage. This data is anonymised by Squarespace. We may share anonymised, aggregated data on website usage with our project partners GLA, Clarity & Bloomberg.

The legal basis for us storing and processing your user entered data is that you have actively given us your consent.

How we test this website

This website was tested for accessibility compliance on 10/03/2021. This involved:

  • Internal review, ensuring accurate and understandable content

  • Website testing on various devices and screen sizes

  • Automated testing using WAVE a free web accessibility tool created by WEBAIM. It is used to validate the web page manually for various aspects of accessibility.
